I'm Big Esa, and this is my story

Hey! My name’s Esa and I’m a Powerbuilder (powerlifter x bodybuilder) and hybrid athlete from London, UK.

My fitness journey began 10 years ago as a teen struggling with bullying & low self-esteem. One summer, I decided it was time to make a change. I pushed myself through bodyweight (calisthenics) home workouts and then took the plunge and joined my first gym to begin powerlifting and bodybuilding. I haven't looked back since and my passion and love for this lifestyle has only grown through the years.

Now, I am at a point where I'm not only at the top of my game, but I'm taking pride in being able to educate and inspire others who are in the position I was once in and want to make a change.

Our bodies have so much potential and are capable of so much. My goal is to push myself and you to our absolute limits! On this app you’ll have access to exclusive workouts and content. We’ll build muscle, gain strength, and skill TOGETHER. Let’s go!
